From the Forest Naturopathy has a strict appointment cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give more than 48 hours’ notice, 7 days notice is expected for all bookings.

Should you wish to cancel a prepaid initial appointment these are not refunded, you may wish to reschedule or transfer the appointment (of equivalent or lesser value) to another person. All appointments can be rescheduled once and must be rescheduled within 6 weeks of original appointment, following this, costs are forfeited.

There is no fee for a cancellation or reschedule if notice is given 48 hours or more prior to your booked appointment time. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a fee of $50 per client booking. If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours – 8 hours before your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. No shows and cancellations with less than 8 hours’ notice are charged 100% of the consultation fee.

These fees are due immediately via direct transfer and no further bookings are confirmed until the outstanding amount is paid. Any overdue invoices may be forwarded to a collection agency and you will be liable for any collection and associated legal costs.

If appointments are repeatedly cancelled and/or rebooked you may be asked to book online and prepay for future appointments. The practitioner has the right to deny future bookings for noncompliance with this policy.
This cancellation policy is in place so appointments can be allocated to t clients on the appointment waitlist can be contacted for available spaces.
